1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking through our website (shanthi.nexao.in) or by staying at Shanthi Comforts, you ("Guest") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept these terms on behalf of all guests in your party and are responsible for ensuring they comply.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (online) or explicit confirmation from our team (Pay at Hotel option).
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please check all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Room availability is subject to confirmation. In the unlikely event of overbooking, we will arrange equivalent or superior accommodation at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
• Bookings made via coupon codes are subject to the terms and validity of that coupon at the time of booking.

5. Payment Terms

• Online payments are processed via Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service.
• "Pay at Hotel" bookings must be settled in full at check-in. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at booking is honoured.
• Extra charges (additional guests, late check-out, damages) are payable at check-out.

6. Food & Beverages

• Complimentary breakfast/meals included in specific room packages as stated in the room description.
• Additional meal services (Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian) are available at ₹250 per person per meal, as selected during booking.
• Complimentary refreshments (Tea/Coffee/Juice) are included as indicated in the package.
• Outside food and beverages may be brought onto the premises at the management's discretion.
• We accommodate dietary restrictions on advance request. Please inform us at the time of booking.

7. House Rules & Guest Conduct

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and common indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly. Public intoxication or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables. We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
• Visitors/day guests must be registered at the front desk and are subject to management approval.
• Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded. Unauthorised additional occupants will incur extra charges.

8. Facilities & Amenities

• Swimming pool usage is subject to operational hours and safety guidelines posted on site.
• Kitchen facility is available for self-catering guests. Users are responsible for cleaning up after use.
• Free Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service. We are not liable for service interruptions or speed limitations.
• Free parking is available within the premises on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Hot water availability may be subject to scheduled timing. Please inquire at check-in.
• All facilities are used at the guest's own risk. Shanthi Comforts is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shanthi Comforts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, including but not limited to illness, injury, loss of property, or disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.). Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at shanthi.nexao.in/privacy. By making a booking, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the State of Karnataka. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shivamogga, Karnataka. We encourage guests to first attempt resolution by contacting us directly.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Bookings made prior to a modification are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
