Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details or UPI information on our servers. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
We may collect a copy of your Aadhaar card or other government-issued ID for physical check-in verification, as mandated by local law enforcement requirements for homestays.
We collect basic server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited solely to maintain the security and performance of our website.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share necessary information with Razorpay (payment processing) and Nodemailer/SMTP services (email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
We may disclose your information to law enforcement or government authorities if required by applicable Indian law, court order, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.
In the event of a merger or sale of the property, guest information may be transferred as part of the business assets, subject to the same privacy protections.

We retain your booking information for a minimum of 3 years as required by Indian tax and hospitality regulations. Identity document copies are retained for 1 year post check-out. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting us.
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us for prompt deletion.
